The Academy Tool Kit is an exclusive LSSA resource, designed to share knowledge and help increase understanding of the science behind sports nutrition and performance.

The Tool Kit works alongside the Sports Nutrition Centre, and contains all the key charts, animations and graphics.

The Tool Kit is also divided into the same sections as the Sports Nutrition Centre, making it easy to find the information you're looking for.

The Tool Kit is easy to use - just click on the thumbnail images to view the graphics and animations in full size. Use the flashing continue arrow to navigate through the animations. The files can also be downloaded either as .jpg (fixed images) or as .swf format (animations).
